[Stratop] Lando needs our help!

It is again time for another wormhole operation! Our C1 wormhole that we use for PI has had it structures reinforced by hostiles!

Please see !ops table for the scheduled operations to save our lovely raitaru so that we can keep using this hole as our PI hole.
