Venture added to mining SRP

Due to the increased amount of ganking and the fact that new players in ventures are unable to defend themselves against ganks we have now added venture on the SRP board for the mining doctrine.

Venture SRP will be 100% on the fit and will be rounded up so the T1 ship SRP for the ~1.6mil ship will be 2 mil.
