All proper fleet operations will now use Mumble instead of Discord, including MQPs

All proper fleet operations will now use mumble instead of discord. Discord will remain as a backup comms and comms for smaller and not so serious fleets

The reasons for this is that: Mumble allows us to run multiple fleets at the same time while having a background command channel chat. Second reason for this is that Discord is not reliable when a lot of players are using the voice chat.

You may still use Discord for standing fleets and whatever small gang roams you do.

However all proper fleets such as CTA, MQP and STRATOP will use Mumble as voice comms.

Note: MQP will use Mumble as voice comms to make sure you set mumble up!
