Buyback Prices Working Again, New Price Source

I have changed our source for buyback prices to evemarketer due to eve-marketdata going dead on prices. Everything should work as before but to make sure evemarketer API is providing correct prices you may if you want cross check the contract to evepraisal. Your contract value should be somewhat close to the Jita values (depending on taxation). I will be double checking contracts in the beginning to make sure prices are correct.
