Charles Kotanir nominated as Military Director

I am happy to officially promote Charles Kotanir as the military director for SiCO and adding him as a member of the board of directors of SiCO.

Charles has proven himself to be an excellent FC who seeks both to constantly gain experience in different PvP scenarios as well as provide content in the area in form of fleets and deployments. He will be keeping on working on these things also in the future and with his new position we are trying to better coordinate the content in all different wings of SiCO.
