AUTH Enchantment: Better Night mode & Fleet Ops calendar

If you have not yet been using the night mode then now is the time to swap your AUTH theme to it! With the help of Skipp Doe we have made it very sexy (:

The old FleetOps module has been disabled and replaced with an calendar module for fleet operations. It operates the same way as the old fleetops table but displays fleets and other events in a nice calendar view.

The Operation Calendar program is part of our efforts to open up our events to all eve players, not just LINE members. In the upcoming days you will see our processes and systems shift more towards this as we aim to open most non stratop fleets to public access such as classes and MQP fleets.
