New Discord command !moons

You can now ask the discord bot to give you a list of current moon fractures and upcoming fractures by typing !moons on the authenticated discord channels.

Note that this command might contain bugs but so far it looks to be working. If you notice any extractions missing please contact me over discord.

I will be adding a command for all structures and their services in the future.
